How can I choose the right photo?

- we can paint from any of your choices but the photo you wish to turn into a painting should be close up, clear and in focus. A photo that is in dark, in out of focus or blurred is harder to deal with so avoid such photos. The photo should be in a good resolution (Instagram filters blur the photos do not submit filtered photos please).

In which type of format should I submit the photo?

- The image should be in the format of  JPEG, or PNG. (Greater than 1mb file size)

I would like to change the submitted image. how can I change?

- Contact us at Ana.artandsoul@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll provide you with a guideline on how to send us a new image.

What is the size option for the painting I will be ordering?

-  First, the painting will be done on a digital platform and printed as per your choice of size. If you are ordering a pencil sketch it will probably be done on an A4 size Paper. 

On what material will the painting be printed? 

- As per customers will the material will be decided. please note materials like canvas cost more as compare to canvas paper or even the high-quality non-acidic art paper so the prices may vary depending upon the material used.

I wish to print it myself. is it possible to get a soft copy of the painting?

- Yes, Of course! soft copies are cheaper than hardcopies. so why not!? order now.. ;)

Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?

- No, you won't have to pay the full amount in advance but 40% of the total amount for us to start with your order and remaining 60% on the day of delivery before your custom made painting dispatches.

How long will it take for My order to get fulfilled? 

- It is hard to come up with fix time because the turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the order but we can say after getting the advance payment by the customer it will take around 4 to 7 days for production.

Why do you charge me before my painting has been delivered?

- Whatever you ordered us is purely creative, custom and produced on demand, so we must invoice you before starting the work. Don't worry about anything because we offer 100% guarantee for life time.

Can I get discounts on Quantity?

- Absolutely, you can get if you have an exceptionally large project or multiple projects. we'd love to here. contact us at Ana.artandsoul@gmail.com for a custom price.

Which method of payment do you accept?

- We use PayPal for payment. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express. We also like to get paid through Net banking (wire transfer).
